What I did in the chaos of Decision Making Process

Among the ways of handling the conflict, I chose to use avoidance. I chose this one because the situation was a chaos. Nothing was going to get done and nothing was being done until the last 10 minutes of the class. Therefore I chose to sit around and observe what others did so I could get something out of this decision making process. Given what I know now, what happened during that class, I would have suggested more different options we could have had: take home exams, open book exams, etc... I also would have proposed to others these options early in the discussion to reach better decision in the end, with better options.By doing this people could have better postion arguing with others who competed to win to make better compromise for everyone. This would have been better because it would have been just for everyone in class and would have provided better options for everyone as well.

I did the same thing and didn't get what I wanted. I just got a headache. I jsut didn't want to look crazy like the rest of them. Why am I going to argue with others when it was my fault I did not perform that way I wanted to on the exam in the first place. I stayed quiet because I just wanted to leave the class knowing something was decided..

Yea there was definitely alot of chaos going on when people found out we can all have a say in what was going to happen with the midterm exams. I think we all should of tried to organize our selves better that way we could of came up a lot more ideas.
